To ensure smooth running of classes, students are requested to go through our terms and conditions and follow them strictly.

 1. Classes will start and end at the scheduled time and will not be extended in case of late coming. 

2. In case of unavailability of the student for a scheduled class, the student must inform the admin at least 24 - 48 hours before the scheduled class to reschedule for another time slot within the week or next at the latest. Failing to schedule or attend the make up class within the week or next will result in loss of class. 

3. The rescheduled / make up classes will happen according to the availability of any of our available teachers (which is not at the regular class time slot). The student must make arrangements to attend the make up class. Else, the class will be marked absent.

4. Fees must always be paid ON or BEFORE the first class of every cycle.

5. Each cycle of classes lasts for 4 weeks (inclusive of make up classes) and cannot be extended beyond 4 weeks. 

However, if a student requires more flexibility, please check out our other options from our monthly classes tab. 

Make up classes won't be given under the following circumstances:

• Students cancel on the day of class

• Students don't turn up for a class and the teacher is waiting 

* No rescheduling of make up classes allowed
